For many of us, the hardest person to forgive is ourselves.  We all have things in our past that haunt us: choices we made, places we went, things we did, people we hurt.  So does everyone of our group members.  So, how to we deal with things in our past that we regret?  How can we move past them to a place of emotional and spiritual health.  In this video, Lane Jones, one of the founding pastors at North Point, teaches us how to become aware of things in our life that we have neglected to forgive ourselves for and provides some help on how to overcome them.
